MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is looking for a FULL TIMELocum to Perm Otolaryngologist to fill their need! NOTE: do NOT contact any providers currently employed with MercyOne Schedule: Patient Contact Hours: 36 Shifts per month: 1.0 FTE Clinic Hours: 0730-1700 Clinic Days: M-F Procedure/OR Days: When there is open time. We will work with the OR on scheduling cases On Call: To be included in the call schedule Details: This will be for inpatient and clinic coverage. Hospital coverage will be in Des Moines & Clinic coverage will be in Clive. (Call shifts for hospital & hourly shifts for clinic) Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1 Ancillary Staff per provider: 1:1 Procedures offered in the practice: All ENT services are provided in this practice # Exam Rooms per Provider: 2:3 Medical Imaging: Yes, this service is available in the building, just not the clinic itself Lab & Pharmacy: Yes. These services are in the building, just not provided in the clinic itself Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more patients Appointment Length: 15 Patient Population: Central Iowa including Boone County, Indianola and Plesant Hill as outreach areas Teaching Opportunity: Yes EMR: EPIC Bill Rates Needed for Submission: Malpractice (must be included in the rates) Orientation Hourly Holiday Overtime Holiday Overtime Night Call Holiday Night Call 24 Hour On Call Holiday 24 Hour On Call Call Back Holiday Call Back Conversion fee ($25k rate cap) Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position Requirement description : Board Certified - REQUIRED Active IA License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED Must be available Full time - REQUIRED Must be experienced - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Weekend Requirements : As Needed On Call Requirements : To be included in the call schedule
