Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/processes deployed to produce products. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree or certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in Maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment. Demonstrated basic Lean knowledge and results required with certification preferred. Prior experience in low volume high mix industrial business required. Metal fabrication and machining preferred. Strong electrical mechanical maintenance hands-on experience required. Strong self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Hands on internal customer centric management approach. Ability to work with all levels of the organization from direct labor to ownership.
