The opportunity In the Software Strategy Group (SSG) within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub-service line, you will engage in comprehensive research and analysis to deliver strategic insights for our clients. This is a remarkable chance to develop your skills and knowledge while working alongside industry experts with significant leadership experience in the software ecosystem. Your key responsibilities Lead work streams that translate client needs into actionable project tasks and deliverables. Guide daily problem-solving efforts and oversee team analytical activities, serving as the primary liaison to clients and senior leadership. Formulate business strategies through market sizing, participant interviews, and management discussions. Examine transaction documents to highlight crucial business issues and risks linked to proposed transactions. Mentor and develop junior team members, facilitating their professional growth. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 18 months of related experience. At least 18 months of experience in technology and software sectors, holding a leadership role as a consultant or employee. A proven track record in managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in complex settings. The ability to evaluate industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to uncover risks and opportunities. Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines. A willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed. Other Requirements Team members are expected to be in the office approximately 3 days a week. Ideally, you'll also have An MBA or equivalent graduate degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, focusing on client advisory or strategic planning. Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
