We take pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Skilled Utility Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands on experience in underground utility installation and general site work. You will work alongside operators and foreman to complete water, sewer, and storm drain projects safely and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITES Assist with installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems Perform trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site cleanup Operate and maintain small hand tools and power tools safely Support Equipment Operators and Foreman as needed Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures on site QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in Civil Site Construction or underground utility work Ability to lift 50+lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safety Willingness to learn and grow within the company SCHEDULE Monday- Friday, starting at 7:00am Overtime may be available based on project needs WHAT WE OFFER Competitive hourly pay: $18-$25/Hour (based on experience) Health Insurance Coverage 401(K) with Company Match Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented environment
