TikTok Content Creation and Execution Intern The Jobvious TikTok creator part-time intern will help drive user growth by supporting Jobvious' TikToK presence through creating and managing content, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance. They contribute to social media strategies, participate in brainstorming, and stay updated on trends specific to TikTok and that align to Jobvious' other social media strategies. Key responsibilities include content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting on metrics. Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging content (text, images, videos) TikTok. Including behind the camera engagement (i.e. recording content of yourself) Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using content calendars. Engagement Monitoring: Monitor TikTok account, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze TikTok metrics (shares, reach, likes, etc.) and provide reports and strategy for continuous growth. Trend Research: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices. Collaboration: Work with the sales & marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Research: Conduct research on market trends to validate content effectiveness. Brand Awareness: Meet or exceed monthly goals of new platform users. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, or related field). Strong understanding of the TikTok Platform Strong established presence on TikTok preferred. Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills. Creativity and ability to generate new ideas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. In-office work, with occasional remote work as business and content creation needs allow Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (?)
