Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Specialist Coppel, TX Onsite Job Summary The Senior Technical Specialist in Salesforce Apex Development at HCL will be responsible for leading and managing Salesforce development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions to meet business requirements. They will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce applications using Apex code and Visualforce pages. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle with a focus on salesforce apex development. 2. Design and develop customized solutions within the salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications and integrations. 5. Conduct code reviews, provide guidance, and mentor junior developers in salesforce best practices. 6. Stay uptodate with salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices to ensure the adoption of innovative solutions. 7. Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in salesforce apex programming language and development tools. 2. Strong understanding of salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process builder. 3. Experience with visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce apis. 4. Knowledge of salesforce data modeling and security controls. 5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. 6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
