$1,000 Sign-On Bonus | CDL-A Regional Driver | Home Weekly Join Oriole Transportation as a Class A CDL driver! We offer reliable miles, weekly home time, and modern equipment, all while providing numerous bonus opportunities, including a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation & Bonuses Average Weekly Pay: $1,000-$1,100 gross per week Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, plus another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at payout time) Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 cents per mile based on your safety, mileage, and productivity Schedule & Home Time Home weekly with a 34-hour reset Regional routes designed for a good balance of miles and home time Drivers typically run about 1,800 miles per week Freight & Equipment 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload Drive late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth tractors Access to operations support 24/7 Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum of 3 months solo CDL-A driving experience Must pass a drug screen and background check Clean driving record Excellent trip planning skills for regional routes About Oriole Transportation Oriole Transportation is committed to providing a driver-focused environment with safe and professional regional driving opportunities.
