Support fellow team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Utilize various cooking techniques including grilling, baking, and frying. Maintain cleanliness and organization on the cooking line. Restock items as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Properly wash raw food products before use. Effectively explain menu item preparation and ingredients to guests. Adhere to personal hygiene and sanitation practices consistently. Analyze work procedures for improvement opportunities in service and safety. Other Responsibilities: Be actively aware of safety concerns in the workplace. Provide professional communication as needed. Maintain side stations throughout the shift. Address spills and hazards promptly. Exhibit excellent attendance and timeliness. Utilize safety equipment when lifting heavy objects. Ensure compliance with all health standards and guidelines. Report information and observations to supervisors or managers. Qualifications: Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and pushing. Capability to lift supplies up to 50 lbs. Excellent hand-eye coordination is required.
