Seeking a Charge Nurse for 7pm to 7am to ensure our residents are cared for in a safe, respectful and dignified manner by providing care within the scope of responsibilities and proper management/monitoring of the team providing resident care. Some responsibilities include: Preparing, administering and documenting medications. Completing requisitions and arranging for diagnostic and therapeutic services. Ensuring safety practices by ensuring resident, visitor and teammate safety by remaining aware and reporting any new or existing safety hazards. Contacting emergency response in the event of an emergency. Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting to family , MD, and supervisor. Managing C.N.A.'s during shift to ensure that assignments are completed and participation in resident activities. Responding to requests and assistance, practicing top notch teamwork behaviors , acknowledging the contributions of others on the team and demonstrating Juliette Fowler Communities values.
