Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department, responding swiftly to critical situations. Perform initial patient assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient conditions. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide optimal patient care. Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment to assess and stabilize patients. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. Candidate requirements A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency or critical care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certifications are preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why work with us?
