Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), we are pioneering AI innovations and building the next generation of GPU data centers. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to manage complex projects by collaborating with various teams and driving execution. In this role, you will work on enhancing GPU infrastructure, optimizing supply chains, and enabling data centers for high availability cloud services. You'll closely collaborate with partners and vendors to provision, deploy, configure, and maintain GPU servers in our data centers, enabling customers to efficiently run AI/ML workloads and large-scale applications. This role is pivotal in bridging hardware and networking operations to provide a reliable and scalable GPU-based infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, scheduling and directing tasks to ensure timely delivery, leading project meetings, preparing progress reports, managing risks, and addressing any deviations from plans to ensure successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage supply chain design and operations effectively. Communicate clearly with both business and engineering teams at all levels, including executives. Facilitate technical discussions, presenting complex trade-offs clearly in documentation. Work across functional teams, including data center operations, to manage and resolve issues promptly. Represent engineering perspectives effectively to partners and leadership. Engage with diverse teams across various locations and cultures. Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management or a related field. Over 7 years of hands-on experience as a supply chain leader in a relevant industry. Strong communication skills to convey progress to diverse teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders. Self-motivated problem solver who excels in dynamic, customer-focused environments. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in program/project management or product design. Background in large-scale data center activities. In-depth understanding of GPU infrastructure services and cloud computing. Familiarity with OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation range for this position is $90,100 to $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
