Qualifications: Valid Cosmetology or Barber license (required) Previous experience with children (a big plus) Friendly, patient and professional attitude Ability to work weekends and evenings Team player who thrives in a lively, family-oriented manner Job Functions Include: Strong technical skills with ability to mentor Lead the team (by example) Promote Sharkey's to new customers and potential new team members Oversee Daily Operations Professional Appearance Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace Engage warmly with parents and children What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + tips + product commission + bonus opportunities Hourly salary can be up to $35/hour Fun, upbeat salon environment Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the salon Ready to bring smiles, style and sparkle to our salon family?
