Industry Restaurants Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Technology Systems to steer the strategic vision of our technology and data frameworks. In this executive role, you'll play a crucial part in the architecture, deployment, and continuous management of key applications and databases, ensuring they align with our core business objectives. You will lead the charge in developing and implementing a comprehensive vision for integrated data solutions to elevate our business processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing data collection, management, and reporting systems Driving innovative data analytics initiatives to harness actionable insights Managing and modernizing legacy systems for enhanced efficiency Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of enterprise systems Ensuring compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations To qualify for this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is highly preferred At least 10 years of experience in enterprise systems management, including 5 years in senior leadership roles A proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget Extensive expertise in ERP, CRM, data warehousing, and cloud-based solutions A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity best practices Technical skills in database administration, development, SQL, and adeptness in project management methodologies The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Experience with data-related systems and platforms, alongside familiarity with technologies such as Python, Redshift, AWS, and Salesforce, is highly encouraged.
