We're adding Hand Assembly Inspectors to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving. Must-Haves for the Job Previous experience in assembly/manufacturing is a plus but not required Good hand-eye coordination and ability to do repetitive tasks Can stand or sit for extended periods Able and willing to learn new skills Basic computer skills for documentation tasks Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Day-to-Day Grind Hand assemble, inspect, and package crucial household products Maintain precise quality standards and detail-oriented workmanship Utilize hand tools and light equipment : scissors, rotary cutter , die-cutter , embossing , hot glue gun, etc .
