As a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll dive into the operations of a successful business from day one, acquiring valuable management skills. You'll face challenges similar to those encountered by our first and second-year full-time professionals. Working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, you'll learn, grow, and enjoy your internship alongside fellow interns. This is a paid internship for Summer 2026, beginning in May 2026 and concluding in early August 2026, with a pay rate of $18.00/hour based on a 40-hour work week. Your role will be based out of one of our Chicagoland locations, with the specific site determined during the interview process. Example locations include Downtown Chicago, Naperville, Oak Park, Lombard, and Schaumburg. Responsibilities: During your time in the Management Internship Program, you'll find each day brings new and exciting opportunities, allowing you to be at the center of our operations. As part of the internship, you'll develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, provide excellent customer service, create marketing strategies, and forge relationships with customers and coworkers. Throughout your internship, you'll apply the skills you've learned to tackle intern projects and participate in friendly competitions with fellow interns. Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a graduation date of August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is required. Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident in the past three years. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
