Your Role: As a Tax Preparation Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tax decisions, cultivating relationships that grow stronger with each passing year. Key Responsibilities: Assist in initiating the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into our tax software. Conclude the interview process by compiling the tax return, acquiring necessary signatures, discussing the completed return with the client, and executing bookkeeping tasks. Ensure every client of H&R Block receives outstanding service and support. Perform other related duties as assigned. Your Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong reading and math skills to effectively carry out tax return interviews. Effective communication skills, both in-person and over the phone. Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications.
