Responsibilities: • Assess and develop individualized wound care plans for patients, including identifying and managing risk factors and creating preventative care strategies • Implement and monitor wound care treatments, including debridement, dressing changes, and topical applications • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care • Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, dietary changes, and lifestyle modifications to promote wound healing • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of wound care treatments and outcomes • Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and recommendations, incorporating evidence-based practices into patient care Requirements: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida • 0 years of experience in wound care or a related field • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Benefits: Health Insurance.
