Responsibilities: Overall responsibility of the client accounts Maintains all business documentation in a professional manner. Ensures timely and precise updates in data systems and trackers. Responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation. Manages own portfolio of clients and candidates, both existing and new. Recruiting, screening, interviewing and candidate selection for account. Processing applicants through hiring procedures which include pre-employment testing, on-boarding paperwork, orientations, and safety orientations Management of employee HR issues to include coaching, counseling, disciplining, safety awareness and/or termination Management of safety program and workers compensation to include weekly and monthly audits Engages with employees daily or weekly to improve relations and retention Documentation and administration of employee performance reviews Management of employee appreciation program Prepare for peaks and declines in site headcounts Maintain database of qualified applicants for client site (Backup Pool) Processing of weekly payroll Ensuring employees have access to pay system Daily contact and weekly meetings with client contact representative for continued communication of service and issues. Daily contact and weekly meetings with Regional Leader / Operations Manager for continued communication of service and issues. Tracking and reporting of all service metrics for monthly Partnership Reviews Conducting monthly and quarterly Partnership Reviews with the client Creation and completion of action item list that addresses needs of the account Participate in client meetings and committees Requirements / Credentials:5+ years customer service and supervisory experience preferred 1+ years recruiting, interviewing and hiring experience preferred Computer proficiency in MS Office package including database knowledge Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to delegate Shift flexibility Proven ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
