Responsibilities: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will: Oversee daily restaurant operations alongside or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager Recruit, train, develop, and recognize outstanding team members Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive exceptional customer service Serve as a positive role model for team members Maintain a strong focus on food quality and safety Requirements: We are looking for candidates who: Have 3+ years of experience in a management role with full profit and loss responsibility Possess a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Can communicate effectively in English Are at least 18 years of age Are willing and able to work a flexible schedule Can lift and carry between 10-65 lbs Hold a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and proof of insurance Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00
