As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you play a crucial role in exceeding guest expectations by ensuring that our dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are always spotless. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishware and small wares used at your restaurant. You will also be in charge of trash disposal, linen bag removal, and confirming that washed items meet the necessary rinse and wash temperature criteria throughout the cleaning process.
