As an In-Home Support Specialist, you will: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including organizing, laundry, and general cleaning Support clients with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal assistance Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to various appointments Preferred Qualifications: STNA certification OR 1 year of supervised experience as a home health aide or nurse aide OR Completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program covering essential topics If you do not meet any of the above qualifications, you must successfully complete a 30-hour company-paid training before working with clients Maintain good physical health, including a documented tuberculosis test within the last six months prior to your first assignment (where applicable) Commit to ongoing professional development, including any required organizational and state training Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
