As a crucial part of our service teams, you will provide support for Securitas Technology products at client sites. You will be the primary contact for all post-installation issues regarding systems and equipment and engage in special project work as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Respond to service tickets to ensure application uptime and optimal system performance. Work collaboratively and independently to diagnose and resolve application-related issues. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure maximum application availability and detect system faults early. Execute routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. Document all system adjustments using a digital change control tracking system. Create quality technical documentation that clearly conveys relevant information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing for all upgrades and major modifications. Install software upgrades and significant modifications on-site. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, and fire alarm systems. Fire alarm experience with Bosch or Silent Knight preferred; Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, or Siemens experience is a plus. NICET certification or State Fire License preferred. ESA Certified Alarm Technician and NTS Certified Service Technician certifications preferred. Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV or Access Control are an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
