Job Description Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns. Monitor project progress and implement strategies to resolve any issues promptly. Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot potential challenges. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. The Successful Applicant A strong background in construction management within the property industry. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects regionally and nationally. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders. A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address challenges efficiently.
