About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to act as a vital link between the Clinical AI team and functional teams focused on Ambulatory and Acute EHR experiences. As an advocate for AI integration, you'll collaborate closely with the EHR team to devise strategies and roadmaps, ensuring thorough planning and execution. Your leadership will be key in aligning AI initiatives with improved clinical outcomes within our EHR portfolio. Your Qualifications: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years overseeing a complex product portfolio. 2+ years of hands-on experience in delivering AI/ML products across various projects or sectors. Strong skills in handling large datasets, analytics, and user engagement metrics. Experience in clinical workflows and within regulated healthcare environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in healthcare is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based solutions. Demonstrated success in launching multiple products and driving market adoption. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Your Responsibilities: Strategic Vision & Planning: Develop a compelling vision for the Clinical AI Agent portfolio that aligns with our organizational goals, and create roadmaps that drive meaningful outcomes. Technology Integration: Lead efforts to vet and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies that elevate clinical workflows and enhance patient care. Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with clinicians and internal partners to identify and prioritize high-impact projects within the portfolio. Portfolio Coordination: Manage planning and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of initiatives that align with strategic objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with data science, engineering, and UX teams to share best practices and maintain a seamless user experience. Data Strategy Development: Formulate data strategies to support model training and validation, ensuring quality across all products. Model Development Oversight: Guarantee compliance with clinical standards and performance criteria during model development and evaluation. Compliance & Safety Management: Create validation protocols and risk management processes that meet healthcare safety and reliability standards. Launch Coordination: Oversee release planning and customer enablement to ensure successful product launches. Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with key customers to gather insights that drive ongoing improvement of the portfolio. IC4 Career Level Responsibilities: As a part of our product development team, you will analyze customer specifications, propose product directions, and implement changes to existing software architecture. Range and Benefits: This position offers a salary range of $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, potentially including bonuses and equity.
