Hospitality Support Specialist

Description Job Summary: As a Hospitality Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in providing a comfortable environment for residents by assisting in various non-direct care tasks as directed by nursing staff. Job Responsibilities: Make beds, remove trash, and ensure rooms are tidy. Answer the telephone and warmly greet guests. Provide hydration and snacks as needed, documenting accordingly. Serve beverages and meals in the dining area, removing dishes and cleaning tables post-meal service. Offer one-on-one observation for residents as needed. Assist in coordinating and supporting facility activities. Stock nursing supplies in designated areas and resident rooms, including personal care items. Maintain a clean, orderly environment and inspect equipment and supplies to ensure resident safety. Respond promptly to call lights to meet resident needs. Job Qualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service skills. Strong ability to communicate effectively. Basic computer proficiency.
