Unarmed Security Guard Join our team as an Unarmed Security Guard, where your primary focus will be to protect the safety and security of our clients' assets, personnel, customers, and visitors. You will work under the guidance of the Account Manager or Branch Manager to ensure a secure environment at assigned sites. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the protection of the facility and the safety of employees and visitors, safeguarding our clients' interests. Observe and report signs of crime or disorder, and thoroughly investigate any disturbances. Prepare concise daily reports as trained and submit them to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner. Conduct regular patrols in accordance with post orders to maintain a secure environment. Manage and monitor access to the property as per security protocols. Promptly notify the proper authorities in case of emergencies, adhering to outlined procedures. Report all violations of company policy, as well as local and federal laws, in accordance with the Employee Handbook. Additional Responsibilities: Stand for extended periods and demonstrate physical endurance. Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Be prepared to handle additional responsibilities as specified by clients and site requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrate the ability to maintain a secure environment for clients, vendors, and employees. Exhibit effective communication skills, providing tactful interactions with the public. Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate or GED needed. Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a clean criminal background. Ability to obtain state-required licensing. Physical capability to perform job duties, including standing and walking for long periods. Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 50 lbs. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
