About the Role We are seeking a distinguished Partner to join our dynamic Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a substantial portable book of business eager to manage urgent cases while further expanding their practice in a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include: Litigation related to employee mobility Protection and claims of trade secrets Complex employment disputes requiring immediate attention As lead counsel, you will engage in various court proceedings, from temporary restraining order (TRO) hearings to trials. A strong background in trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility litigation is necessary. Ideal candidates will have a portable book of business valued between $400K and $800K, and extensive experience with handling TROs, injunctions, and emergency litigation processes. Key Qualifications: Proven history of managing computer forensic investigations in litigation Demonstrated experience as a first-chair trial attorney Active membership in the bar of the state corresponding to one of our office locations You will work alongside a team of expert litigators on high-stakes, rapidly evolving cases, contributing to a strong and strategic practice.
