Mental Health Clinician - Cincinnati, OH (New grads are accepted) Job type: Part-time Shift: Days Job Description: We are currently hiring for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians open to Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers (LISW), or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCC). Key Responsibilities: Facilitate therapeutic groups for teens and young adults (ages 12-26) using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based modalities Work closely with parents and caregivers through structured family and parent sessions Co-lead groups during the initial phase, transitioning to independently leading groups by week six Engage in weekly Monday evening staff meetings (7:00-9:00 PM), with virtual options as needed Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team focused on holistic healing and long-term recovery Qualifications: Active Ohio licensure as one of the following Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed new graduates are welcome to apply Benefits: Paid year-end break (average of annual weekly hours) Additional paid time off and $100/month QSEHRA benefit for full-time staff (25+ hours/week) Positive, team-oriented culture with weekly clinical collaboration No shift differentials, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance
