Martindale-Avvo Leads is looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive (SAE) to be part of our Acquisition Sales organization. This is your chance to excel in consultative, ROI-driven selling within a fast-paced and competitive environment. As an SAE, you will play a critical role in helping law firms transition to a digital-first market. Your efforts will expand visibility for these firms, acquire new clients, and demonstrate measurable ROI using Martindale-Avvo Leads' marketing solutions. Emphasize ROI and consultative value: articulate how Martindale-Avvo Leads' advertising products align with the growth goals of law firms. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and enhance client outcomes. Confidently negotiate and handle objections to close deals effectively. Mentor and share best practices with new hire Account Executives to model sales excellence. Adapt to changing environments and embrace new sales tools and evolving buyer behaviors. What You Bring: 2-3+ years of B2B inside sales experience, specifically in closing roles with a proven success record. Strong consultative selling skills, adept at identifying business pain points and effectively presenting solutions. Ability to manage a short-to-medium sales cycle while sustaining high activity levels. Proven track record in new business acquisition, including cold calling and effective follow-up. Technical proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, with skills in report generation and pipeline maintenance. Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach. Comfort navigating Google Suite and other relevant productivity platforms. Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering confident presentations and written follow-ups. A resilient growth mindset: competitive, coachable, and dedicated to continuous improvement. Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or SMB marketplaces is a plus.
