Apply now!Packaging Responsibilities: - Assemble and prepare boxes and containers for packaging - Package finished product into boxes and ensure accurate labeling and palletizing - Repackage any product that does not meet specifications - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift - Perform routine sanitation tasks to meet food safety standards - Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety and quality control procedures - Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily goals - Identify and communicate any safety, mechanical or quality concerns to a supervisorRequirements for Packaging: - Three to six months of packaging or production experience preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate or learn packaging equipment - Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team - Basic math and communication skills - Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 55lbs repeatedly throughout a 12-hour shift - Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours) - Able to frequently bend, twist and reach - Able to perform repetitive hand and arm motions - Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentlincoln@QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
