Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in multiple districts throughout Texas. Elite Learning Solutions is therapist-operated, female-owned, small business contracting throughout the state of Texas. We offer special education services to districts within Texas, based on their individual need. Our staff is comprised of experienced professionals in the Education and Therapy fields. Elite Learning Solutions provides services to Texas K-12 school districts to support the growing need for specialized services. Our services include, but not limited to direct therapy, supervision, ARD completions, Individual Evaluations/Assessments, nursing, assistance within the classroom environments. With our services, student's will improve their mental, emotional and social health, as well as increase academic strengths. Students will improve self-esteem, have access to care, increase quality of everyday life, increase self-awareness and learning abilities. Our work environment includes: School setting Possible virtual or hybrid positions available Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to treat speech and language disorders. This role requires expertise in pediatric speech therapy and acute care settings. Duties:- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs - Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued improvement Qualifications:- Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology - State licensure as a Speech Therapist Assiatant - Experience working with pediatric patients - preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy - Familiarity with acute care settings - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about helping individuals improve their communication skills and making a difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
