Your Role: We are in search of an exceptional transformation leader to assist our clients in navigating the complexities of digitization. With a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, you will tackle intricate business challenges, empowering clients to excel. Whether guiding teams or fine-tuning project details, your expertise in Oracle solutions is critical. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will inspire collaboration and elevate team performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll systems. Collaborate with client teams to gather and integrate functional and technical requirements. Optimize payroll processes across Oracle HCM through configuration, integration, reporting, and formula development. Provide expert guidance and translate client needs into effective system configurations. Create comprehensive functional and technical design documentation. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose effective Oracle solutions. Oversee testing phases and assist in transition processes for go-live preparation. Organize tasks effectively and keep stakeholders informed on project progress. Travel Requirements: Depending on business needs, travel could range from 0 to 100%. Qualifications: Certification in Cloud HCM applications, particularly in the Payroll module. At least 6 years of experience working with Oracle Payroll Cloud. Proven experience with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years). Alternatively, an Associate's Degree combined with 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle HCM Payroll Certification. Experience managing teams and delivering successful project outcomes. Cross-functional understanding of other HCM modules. Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors, including location and experience.
