As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) or F&O (ERP) professionals, including architects, functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to deliver exceptional implementations. Your leadership will inspire and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee engagement workstreams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while expertly navigating complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with Dynamics 365 CE or F&O teams. Lead and facilitate technical design sessions. Design and document strong technical solutions. Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and performance. Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams for optimal outcomes. Align solutions with client business objectives and drive success. Work closely with developers, testers, and PMO to deliver outstanding implementations. Drive technical solutions that achieve measurable results. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP. Proven collaboration skills with functional architects and other stakeholders to ensure quality product delivery. What Sets You Apart: Experience in D365 F&O Trade and Logistics, as well as another D365 F&O module. Hands-on knowledge of D365 Sales, Marketing, and Service CRM. Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft D365 F&O / CE. Expertise in advising on MS Dynamics 365 business scenarios. Demonstrated success in leading technical design sessions. Ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions. Experience in customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficiency in integrating business processes and data flows efficiently. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in specific D365 F&O modules. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft D365 environments, including Azure, Power Platform, and integrations. Experience leading implementations through all phases from assessment to operationalization.
