In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation of an engaged, mission-driven workforce and help shape an inclusive, innovative, and support-driven workplace. Your primary mission will be to lead all Human Resources initiatives, including recruitment, staff development, and cultivating a vibrant organizational culture aligned with our mission. The ideal candidate will craft and execute HR strategies that foster organizational growth while ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA and HR certifications preferred. You should possess a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 4-5 years in a senior management capacity. A strong track record in organizational development, talent strategy, and culture-building is essential, along with experience overseeing HR functions in complex, multi-department organizations. We seek a strategic and innovative thinker with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.
