Join Our Team as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer! As we grow, we are looking for an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to become an integral part of our Engineering team. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence product quality and enhance manufacturing efficiency, with clear pathways for leadership growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support engineering projects from initial concept to full implementation. Collaborate with product design teams, ensuring a focus on manufacturability and production methods. Work alongside design and production teams to facilitate smooth transitions of products into manufacturing. Diagnose production challenges and assist in conducting root cause analyses. Analyze data to uncover opportunities for process and quality improvement. Champion continuous improvement strategies and lean manufacturing initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, complemented by hands-on production experience. In-depth knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly techniques. A self-motivated problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement. Strong analytical and collaborative abilities. Capability to manage multiple projects while working cross-functionally. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience). Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred); experience with Lean/ERP systems is a plus. Culture & Benefits: A collaborative, team-centered work environment.
