About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Luxury Apartment Maintenance Technician to become a valuable member of our property maintenance team at Avion on Legacy Luxury Apartment Homes, a premier 322-unit mid-rise community in North Scottsdale. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of a multi-million dollar luxury community to ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents. Utilize your troubleshooting skills to address and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water systems, swimming pools, and security systems. Build strong relationships with residents and assist them in a timely manner with various maintenance tasks, including appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, and drywall. Collaborate closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units, ensuring they meet company standards for leasing. Support the service team in maintaining a pristine curb appeal for the property. Qualifications: 1+ years of applicable general maintenance experience. General knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry. CPO certification is required (can be obtained after hire). Fair housing training is required; CAMT certification is preferred. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Exceptional customer service skills. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed. What We Offer You: Shoe stipend provided.
