Job Description Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them realize their functional aspirations. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care. Educate Patients and Families: Provide training for patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to encourage continuous progress at home. Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right trajectory.
