Job Responsibilities: Collaborate as part of the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness in shopping malls or department stores under the direction of a Site Manager. Perform routine cleaning tasks both independently and as part of a team, often during scheduled shifts before and after store hours. Before and after mall/store hours, clean all areas, including entrances, restrooms, and various flooring types, ensuring thorough cleaning and restroom restocking. Wield cleaning equipment properly and adhere to safety precautions, particularly when using specialized machines like diesel-fired hot water pressure washers for sidewalks and entrance areas. During operational hours, patrol the mall to identify and address spills or hazards for the safety of shoppers and employees. Conduct touch-up cleaning, restocking restrooms, and maintaining common area furniture and restroom hygiene. Assist in the cleanliness of the Food Court by patrolling tables and chairs, clearing trays, and managing waste disposal effectively. Utilize a variety of cleaning tools and materials, including chemicals, mops, vacuum cleaners, and powered floor equipment, to achieve desired cleanliness standards. Be prepared to perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
