Landscape Driver/Crew Member

Position Description Marshall Grain Company is hiring a dependable LandscapeDriver / Crew Member to transport crews and materials to job sites whilesupporting our landscape installation work. We are an established company specializing in organiclandscaping and Texas native and adapted plants, serving residentialcustomers throughout our service area. This role is ideal for someone who is: A safe, confident driver Comfortable working outdoors Willing to work with their hands Reliable and team-oriented What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities Drive crew members to customer job sites Pick up plant material and supplies from vendors Haul materials and debris to and from job sites Safely operate pickup truck with trailer Field Work (part of the role) Digging and bed preparation Planting and transplanting Laying sod Spreading soil and mulch Removing plants Assisting with hardscape installation You will typically work as part of a 2-5 person crewat residential properties throughout Tarrant County.
