Senior CEI Inspector & Entry-Level Inspector

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are actively seeking skilled Senior CEI Inspectors and enthusiastic Entry-Level CEI Inspectors to join our dynamic team in Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity to support projects within our Southeast Region. Qualifications and Requirements: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of construction inspection experience, with at least one (1) year in bridge and/or roadway construction OR hold a Civil Engineering degree with Engineer Intern certification. Commitment to obtaining required qualifications and certifications within one year (provided by Volkert) including FDOT certifications. A valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening in compliance with federal guidelines. A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR). If required, successfully complete a post-offer fit-for-duty evaluation. Your Role: Perform engineering computations and checks. Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct field tests to verify material and project quality. Compile daily inspection reports and document test results and observations. Assist with record keeping and field measurements as required.
