You will help foster a culture of outstanding guest service and uphold our brand values, contributing to a thriving environment. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure a pristine restaurant environment by maintaining cleanliness and exceptional service. Show respect and dignity to all team members and foster teamwork. Adhere to company guidelines and operational protocols to achieve top-tier performance. Motivate team members to consistently provide excellent guest service and high-quality food, ensuring a delightful guest experience. Collaborate with your team to implement long-term sales growth initiatives. Continuously review and refine guest experiences to promote improvement. Assist the General Manager in identifying and training internal candidates for Shift Lead roles. Support in training staff and ensuring operations meet company standards. Engage with guests and the community, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints swiftly and professionally. Help analyze restaurant performance using management information tools alongside the General Manager. Identify trends and recommend actions for operational enhancement. Monitor costs in relation to budgetary goals. Comply with all applicable State and Federal labor laws and regulations. The Shift Lead is dedicated to cultivating a positive work atmosphere marked by a can-do spirit and excellent operational results, enhancing both guest and teammate experiences. QUALIFICATIONS: To comply with state and federal regulations, you must be at least 18 years of age. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in restaurant operations. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in English. Basic reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills are necessary. Access to reliable transportation is essential. Physical Requirements: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Capability to operate and access equipment at standard heights while standing or walking throughout the shift. Willingness to work varying shifts exceeding eight hours as needed. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
