Description: FAA Position 2 Positions Shift Hours: 1st 7am-3:30pm 2nd - 3:30pm-12am (Shift Diff) 3rd- 11:30pm-8am (Shift Diff) Candidates must be flexible to work on any shift. Must be able to train on 1st shift. In Person or Virtual Interviews Pay Rate: XX 22XX All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible - Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure: XX1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance; XX1k at 60 days XX1k at 90 days to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus. Responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications. This role involves using diagnostic tools to evaluate and modify electronic parts and systems. Key Responsibilities: Build, install, and maintain electrical systems and components. Conduct tests using measuring and diagnostic tools to identify issues and ensure functionality. Modify and repair electronic parts as needed to meet performance standards. Ensure all systems and components comply with established specifications and safety regulations. Document work performed and maintain accurate records. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in electrical systems preferred. 2-4 years of soldering experience Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the electrical field. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Creativity and flexibility in approaching tasks and challenges. Work Environment: Reports to a supervisor or manager. REQUIRED CANDIDATES MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN TIME KEEPING Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system.
