System Administrator - Clearance Required

Join Maximus as a System Administrator, a trusted partner in delivering mission-critical support for national security and public service. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer, which will become final upon successful contract award to Maximus and receipt of authorization to proceed. This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio, TX, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance or higher. Key Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise in various system administration functions. Utilize analytical skills to enhance process improvement, engage in specialized studies, and define requirements. Oversee analysis, planning, and the development of procedures and functional architecture. Support deployments of the JCO system on the JCC2 AWS environment as needed. Ensure timely deployment of hotfixes and patches. Minimum Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance. On-site reporting in San Antonio, TX, up to five days per week. IAT Level II certification. Minimum of 10 years of IT systems administration experience with Microsoft and Linux platforms. At least 2 years of experience in maintenance (patching, STIG, and upgrade processes) on AWS cloud infrastructure. Strong background in system administration and development best practices in AWS. Experience with the security and compliance of DoD Government Cloud hosted infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. AWS Solutions Architect certification. Compensation: The salary ranges from $130,000.00 to $160,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications, in addition to various benefits.
