Digital Experience Analyst (Adobe Analytics), Quill This role requires a minimum in-office presence of 4 days a week with an opportunity for remote work on Fridays. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Lincolnshire, IL area and be within commutable distance. Role Overview As a Digital Experience Analyst for Quill.com, you will collaborate closely with the Site Experience team to provide actionable insights that drive new features, enhance customer experiences, and shape strategic go-to-market initiatives. You will analyze data to identify key opportunities, understand performance drivers, pinpoint friction points, and deliver meaningful recommendations that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Use Adobe Analytics to examine customer behaviors, product interactions, and funnel performance, identifying areas to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer engagement with rewards and membership programs. Proactively seek customer insights that align with team and company objectives. Create, maintain, and automate dynamic KPI dashboards across web conversion funnels and customer segments. Produce weekly and monthly performance reports that include insights and commentary for business reviews. Utilize Qualtrics survey data to monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and track customer satisfaction trends. Recommend innovative methods for gathering and leveraging Voice of Customer (VoC) insights. Transform customer feedback into actionable opportunities for site improvements and roadmap development. Collaborate with Site Experience Managers to assess new features, tests, and go-to-market strategies, including defining tagging requirements for upcoming updates. Work with Data Analytics teams for reporting cube design, dashboard optimization, and deeper analytical needs. Coordinate with tagging management partners to enhance reporting dimensions, segmentation, and data-quality standards. Ensure accurate, timely reporting that aligns with stakeholder expectations. What You Bring: Strong ability to convert web behavior data into insights that inform business decisions. Meticulous attention to detail in data validation and ensuring reporting accuracy. Proficient in collaborating with product, UX, merchandising, analytics, and development teams. Experience in segmenting audiences, building cohorts, and analyzing user journeys to identify conversion opportunities and friction points. A strategic mindset driven by data, with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities. A talent for simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Experience in data extraction using Snowflake or similar SQL environments. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions. A detail-oriented focus on ensuring accuracy, enhancing measurement frameworks, and improving reporting reliability. Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and external analytics partners. Ability to manage ongoing reporting tasks while addressing ad-hoc analytical needs. Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience in an eCommerce analytics role. At least 1 year of experience using Adobe Analytics. Experience with data visualization/reporting tools and Excel. Experience in defining KPIs and developing dashboards and self-service reporting processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with behavioral analytics platforms like FullStory (including session replay, heatmaps, funnel analysis) and A/B testing tools. Familiarity with extracting data via Snowflake or SQL.
