Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Home Health Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4:30PM MLee Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join our thriving Home Health team at a dynamic healthcare facility in Ohio. Administer and score standardized test procedures to assist in evaluation of patient communicative skills. Interpretation and written reports are required following assessment including patient education and input related to test results and recommendations. Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor are documented and progress notes after each patient contact is required. Contact with physician is necessary to provide information on patient status. Excellent interpersonal skills with all ages and socio-economic status. Job knowledge of the medical implications of various disorders of stroke, traumatic brain injury, tracheostomy/vent patients, language delay, articulation/motor disorders, and swallowing disorders SLP Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from a nationally recognized program. Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of OH BLS certification within 30 days of employment 1+ year of experience preferred but new grads welcome!
