This role is designed to be an entry point into the business with long-term growth and promotion opportunities to support the business in a new role. You would support our EVP, Group President - Boost Mobile. Key Responsibilities: Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly Attend meetings when necessary and take notes and log action items as appropriate Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other EchoStar teammates Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well Meet all of EchoStar's performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency with Google Suite Experience working with the Executive and C-Level Experience managing more than one Executive's scheduling, travel and calendar Experience working within Fortune 200 company is a plus Visa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year BenefitsWe also offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
