Restaurant Manager Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service and fine dining etiquette. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems Experience with scheduling staff while adhering to labor budgets. Education in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
