Working at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo () In this role, you will: Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area and contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Consumer and commercial client, mortgage or private banking experience including working with professional services firms (legal services) Experience working with clients in the High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) space Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance Excellent relationship management skills Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA equivalents) exams to qualify for immediate registration Job Expectations: This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website () provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation.
