PERKS OF WORKING HERE Full-time, permanent position Neuro-focused position - Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, etc Orthopedic cases, including hip fractures, polytrauma, multi-fractures, etc $10,000 sign-on bonus 5-8's with flexible schedule 6-month mentorship and training program available to new hires Join a compassionate and caring team of 7 other OT's and 5 PT's who focus on supporting each other and seeing patients improve through evidence-based care Insurance benefits, 401k match, PTO, & more OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position with a focus on the Neuro population. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience.
