AI Evaluation Data Specialist

We are searching for a skilled Data Specialist with at least 3 years of experience and a strong systems mindset to develop assessment environments customized for AI in dynamic log analysis settings. Your Responsibilities: Design and implement analytical schemas and pipelines utilizing cutting-edge tools such as BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, and other columnar databases. Manage complex, distributed queries over large log and telemetry datasets. Generate and oversee synthetic datasets that mimic real-world DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure logs. Optimize distributed query execution plans to prevent timeouts and minimize over-scanning. Your Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data engineering or backend systems roles. Deep understanding of analytical databases and OLAP engines, particularly in optimizing large-scale queries, schema design, and improving performance. Expertise in log ingestion pipelines such as FluentBit, Logstash, or Vector, with a strong focus on schema design for observability systems. Outstanding SQL skills to diagnose performance issues and improve inefficient query patterns. Bonus: Familiarity with Python, Docker, or synthetic data generation is a plus.
